We use your information to provide and improve our service, communicate with you about your account, and ensure the security of our platform. We do not sell your data to third parties.

3. Data Isolation

Each client account's data is strictly isolated. Your documents, chat transcripts, and knowledge sources are never accessible to other clients on the platform.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data by contacting us. Upon account closure, data is deleted within 30 days.

5. Cookies

We use cookies only for authentication purposes. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services including Stripe (payments), AWS S3 (file storage), OpenAI (AI processing), and ElevenLabs (voice synthesis). Each processes only the minimum data required for their function.

7. Security

We use industry-standard encryption and security practices. Passwords are hashed. API keys are stored as hashes. Session tokens are rotated regularly.
