1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Surfyn, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Surfyn provides a multi-tenant AI chatbot platform. You may create chatbots trained on your own content and embed them on your websites.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share accounts or use the service in ways that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use Surfyn to generate illegal content, harass others, violate third-party intellectual property, or attempt to circumvent our security measures.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of your content. By uploading content, you grant Surfyn a limited license to process and store it for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability.

7. Billing and Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time. No refunds are issued for unused portions of a billing period.

8. Limitation of Liability

Surfyn's liability is limited to the amount paid in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
